2018 DCRC Reproduction Award


The Dairy Cattle Reproduction Council (DCRC) has announced the 2018 Reproduction Awards program, which recognizes outstanding dairy operations for reproductive efficiency and well-implemented management procedures. Nominations will be accepted starting March 1, 2018.

Dairy operations must be nominated by professionals who serve the dairy industry, such as veterinarians, genetic and pharmaceutical company representatives, DHIA field personnel or Extension specialists. Nomination forms can be completed at the bottom of this page or filled out via PDF and mailed to the address listed below. All nominations are due by April 30, 2018.  (Online nominations are preferred.)

Judges will review applications and select the top herds, who will be asked to provide additional information about their operation. This information will help the judges select Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze winners.  Award recipients will be honored at the 2018 DCRC Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana November 14-16, 2018.

2018 Dairy Cattle Reproduction Awards Nomination Form

Each year DCRC honors the best of the best, dairy producers who have successfully implemented management procedures that have achieved high reproductive efficiency. This program awards producers in both Holstein and non-Holstein categories. All finalist herds will be divided into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze categories by the judging panel. Nominations must be received by: April 30, 2018.
